We were engaged to assist a commercial real estate client after a tornado caused significant damage to a major warehouse facility. Operations were severely disrupted. By analyzing, organizing, and preparing key operational and financial data, we quantified the property damages, extra expenses, and the resulting business interruption losses. Our work included measuring, certifying, and documenting the claim in detail. The completed $40M claim was submitted with efficiency and accuracy to the adjusters and insurers and successfully paid.
